Dentist
So, if you book a dentist's appointment 6 months ago (for all the family), you'd hope that when you turned up, it would still be booked, right? Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh.Labels: family

Is that the anguish of the appointment having vanished? ("Computer says.... no") Or is it the noise caused by the appointment taking place with a Steve-Martin-In-Little-Shop-Of-Horrors-Esque dentist?
"Computer says ... your wife phoned to cancel it, and although she said that the rest of the family would still be coming, and we had it booked as an appointment for her only, we didn't think to check with anyone to see if it should have been an appointment for more than one person in the first place, so ... no".
