Off to Ditchingham

Moo's fully ensconced at her parents, and I'm off to Ditchingham for an ERMC weekend. Last night, before going to bed, I watched Full Metal Jacket, the Stanley Kubrick film about US marines training for, and in, Vietnam. It's pretty brutal, as I'm sure it's meant to be. Thought-provoking, too.

Anyway, I took half a day off in lieu, given that I'd used around a day's worth of my weekend up in preparation for Singapore, and headed off to Ditchingham for a seminar on Paul that I'd not been able to attend earlier in the term. Then the course proper kicked in, including some group work and worship. Good to see lots of folks again. Not too late to bed - 11ish.
